So far so good. This is my first referral app experience. It hasn't driven many sales yet but that's my own issue, and I appreciate that Bloop offers a fair price. GIGI in customer service was very helpful.

We are using this app because it does not require customers to log in to start benefit of referrals which makes it easy to use for customrs, and also can be customized inside the app and outside using css/js which can be very flexible 5/5, Big thanks to GIGI and Viet Tung !

Was initially considering a different app, but the exceptional customer service from Bloop won me over. Steph went above and beyond in helping me on the chat feature and responds quickly. Their developer Và Tung was able to implement technical fixes very promptly. The customer service team is among the best I've found on Shopify apps.

Update- there were issues that came up and the team (GiGi, Viet Hoang and Vi Tu) took care of it without hesitation! Though there are some added features to make this app better, it’s still a great app and an even more wonderful team behind it! :) The app basically does everything we need it to, super amazing service from the team helping troubleshoot and fix the initial issues we came across. Some improvements would make much better: some stops in place to not allow for self-referrals, also options to let the referrer to stack their earned discounts.

Easy to use and great customer service. They respond quickly and they are super helpful. And they follow-up to make sure you got their email! Highly recommend this if you want to add a referral program to your store.

Great app! Easy to use, set up and amazing customer service. I previously had used a different customer referral app that was design limited and often had issues working properly for customers. This app looks great, embeds easily on your website and has a great dashboard to review its impact. I had a theme issue where it stopped showing up during set up, reached out to customer service and they jumped on to my site to fix the issue within 24 hours and now works great. Highly recommend!

This is THE BEST app for your store referral program. I have just start using Bloop and it looks that this app works VERY VERY WEEL ! They have created very nice design referral page, pop ups and emails sent to referred persons. It took less than 10 minutes to set up, while I think it could bring huge value for my store. Reccomend!

This application does exactly what we need for referrals and rewards. It's easy to setup within minutes. The support has an amazing response time and service. Because of the amazing support, we were able to customize the design to our style of the webshop. Also the developers are quick solve any issues. If you are looking for a refer a friend app, this one is perfect for it
