So far, so good with the BLP Referral Program Affiliate app! We’ve just started setting everything up and are excited to launch it on our website. I spoke with Chloe, and she was incredibly helpful and responsive — we really appreciated the support!

The Staff at BLP Referral Program(Quinn and Chloe) are super helpful and are available even after the closing hours at times. They do get our issues resolved to the best of their abilities and if something's falling outside their area of expertise, they engage their developers who get the job done. I would highly recommend the app considering the fact that it has top notch customer support and also for the simple reason that it's free forever!

What a wonderful program for my customers, it encourages them on the spot to make a referral to friends. For me anyway it got a little frustrating trying to get it installed correctly, I actually got so muddled. I uninstalled it. Chloe and Eric were superb in the level of customer service. So much so I added "BLOY".

Excellent and easy to set up referrals app. What was most impressive to me is that despite a really intuitive UI and onboarding the support quality is top notch. I had a minor issue and Eric from the support team was able to hop on and resolve any issues immediately. I can't say I've gotten anywhere this level of service from other apps. I hope to continue using Bloop for my store's referral needs and will be awesome to see continued development going forward! Keep up the great work.

Inquiries are always responded to in an extremely helpful way, going above and beyond to answer inquiries, explain how to set things up, offering to do set-up for us, and even customizations to meet our needs. Absolutely brilliant app. The fact that they create a dedicated page as opposed to just a widget gives more of a trusted feel. I had a few questions and a slight issue. Really nice app. Not *quite* fully finished yet, but I've seen major progress made in the ~month that I've had it installed and the current version does everything I want it to. Live chat support is also wonderful and very helpful. Their documentation is good, too.
