Incredible customer support and value. We are still early in our program so I don't have metrics to say how much our sales have increased yet but the experience has been excellent
This new-borned app absolutely impressed me! It merged both affiliate program & referral program, matching with my demand very well. I can do both koc/kol affiliate & companion referral rewards to them for improving any potential sales. By the way, the support team done well. Professional, quick-response, and they even prejudge my mind! Really looking forward to explore this app more and see its amazing development.

Funcionalidades muito boas com uma configuração fácil e simples. Muito bom
The Staff at BLP Referral Program(Quinn and Chloe) are super helpful and are available even after the closing hours at times. They do get our issues resolved to the best of their abilities and if something's falling outside their area of expertise, they engage their developers who get the job done. I would highly recommend the app considering the fact that it has top notch customer support and also for the simple reason that it's free forever!
Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! 💙 We’re thrilled to hear that Quinn and Chloe could support you—even beyond hours—and that our team worked together with developers to resolve your issues effectively. Your recognition of both our support and the value of a forever-free app truly means a lot. 🚀 We’ll keep striving to deliver the best experience for you!
What a wonderful program for my customers, it encourages them on the spot to make a referral to friends. For me anyway it got a little frustrating trying to get it installed correctly, I actually got so muddled. I uninstalled it. Chloe and Eric were superb in the level of customer service. So much so I added "BLOY".
Thank you for sharing your experience! 🌟 We’re so glad to hear that you found value in the referral program for your customers and that Chloe and Eric could provide superb support along the way. 💙 We completely understand installation can sometimes feel tricky, but we’re here to make it as smooth as possible. It means a lot that you decided to give “BLOY” another try—we’ll be right here to help whenever you need! 🚀
So far great experience with BLP! Easy, intuitive set-up and fast customer service. Works as expected!

Good service. Help me to slove the problem of Email sending
I just started with Bloop, but so far it has been wonderful. I received prompt help setting up a referral page and already had 2 customers sign up. Looking forward to using this app more.
Really nice app. Not *quite* fully finished yet, but I've seen major progress made in the ~month that I've had it installed and the current version does everything I want it to. Live chat support is also wonderful and very helpful. Their documentation is good, too.
Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! 💙 We’re glad to hear the app already meets your needs and that you’ve noticed the progress we’ve made in the past month. Our team is continuously improving, and your input motivates us to move even faster. 🚀 We’re also happy to know live chat and documentation have been helpful along the way!
I'm truly impressed with the BLP Affiliate Program Referral app on Shopify! The app is completely free, yet the customer support is top-notch. Chloe from their team stayed connected with me for nearly 2 hours to ensure the entire setup was done exactly how I wanted and patiently resolved all my queries. I even signed up for their lifetime free plan with watermark removal, which was activated within seconds without any hassle and has no charges of any sort. It is free. Really appreciate the dedication from the team — and a big shoutout to Chloe for being so helpful and professional. She's definitely an asset to the developer team. Thank you, BLP, for delivering such amazing service and for making such an amazing app!
BLOOP support team is amazing with quick help in creating pages and solving my queries. Special thanks to Eric for a great experience.
