I ran into some issues that I didn't know about until I fully figured out all the logic behind this app, and with the careful help of the development team, I was able to display a more reliable recommendation page on the menu bar, Jennie developer Nguyen Tien Loc in My problem was quickly resolved in my feedback, which I am very grateful for! Jennie always listens and is available whenever I need her. She worked overtime to explain and answer all my questions. Another great point when it comes to the support team is the tech guy Nguyen Tien Loc. Jennie and I both thought it would take a few hours to customize my problem but he finished it in thirty minutes, supper fast! Looks really nice and promising. Hope this app will help me attract more customers and boost sales. The customer service team is among the best I've found on Shopify apps. Really good app, very useful for us; thank you for your valuable assistance. We are delighted to have discovered this program. I would highly recommend using this plugin. Special thanks to the team; I'm excited to work with the BSS Commerce team, especially Jennie! I hope we can continue to cooperate and make the website better and better.

After figuring out all the logics behind this app, with the aids from the support and dev team, I am able to show a more reliable referral page on the menu bar with aligned branding design. I'm so glad that I found this BLOOP rewards & referrals program app, which is flexible and dedicate. The support team is super helpful, esp. Jennie and the dev team Nguyen Khac Hiep and Nguyen The Huy. They are epic in dealing with customized problems and issues, quick response, thoughtful and kind, you are the best!

I just installed the app, so far so good. One thing though, super fast support! I just needed a tweak for my site and Jena Nguyen and her dev Nguyen The Huy immediately sprang into action. Looking forward to see more about this tool!

I've been looking for a simple referral program app that can offer rewards for both customers. I have tested several apps (also more epensive ones) but the BLOOP app is perfect for what I need it for and is very easy to customize. Also, I was well attended by a very nice support team Jena Nguyen and their devs Nguyen Van Ninh, Nguyen Khac Hiep and Pham Khanh Thien, who quickly implemented the translations I could not customize by myself. They keep me updated at every step of the process and asked for my feedback on each update they completed for me. They worked on the issue until I was completely happy with the solution, especially when it came to styling etc. Overall, I'm really happy with this app and especially the quick customer service. I know that if I run into any future issues, Jena and the dev team will be able to help me. In conclusion, the app itself is easy to understand and comes with customizable options even in the free plan. I like it a lot!

There were issues with multiple auto-segments being created on Shopify via Bloop. However, the service team represented by Jena was extremely helpful in resolving the issue for the business and ensuring flow.

I've been looking for a simple refer a friend app that can offer percentage-based rewards for both customers, Bloop is perfect for what I need it for and is very easy to customise. I had a slight issue getting the widget to appear on a bespoke page, however, Jena from customer service and Pham Khanh Thien their Dev both helped me resolve this very quickly. They keep me updated at every step of the process and fixed and asked for my feedback on each update they completed for me. They worked on the issue until I was completely happy with the solution, especially when it came to styling etc. Overall, I'm really happy with this app and especially the quick customer service which can make all the difference between keeping an app and deleting it. I know that if I run into any future issues, Jena and Pham will be able to help me.

Very helpful!! And easy to contact through Whatsapp. I've had some technical problem with the integration between shopify and bloop but Gigi the supporter and Viet Tung the technician were quick and ready to help and solved my problems! perfect

I am using this app to help my business grow and reach a wider audience. I really struggled at the beginning because I am not great with IT but Gigi came to the rescue and helped calm me and my concerns, her patience was amazing, I was then given extra support from Viet Hoang, who was also fantastic, and within 30 mins, my refer a friend scheme was up and running. I would absolutely recommend this company to all my friends who are starting there own business.

Very nice app. The support is really good and they are making some customisations for me, free of charge, which will make it fit my store even better. A big thank you Thank you to Stephanie and Amber for their hard work in organising this with me and the technician Tung for making the customisations possible. I would definitely recommend this app if you are looking for a referral app, it is very simple to use, does a good job and has a great free plan. Whereas others are quite expensive and complicated. Does the job of referrals well, I'm hoping that with the changes I can start to se some real good results.

I recommend 100% this app not only for its user-friendliness and effectiveness - but also for the AMAZING customer service provided ! I wanted to customise my referral program page with icons and specific fonts and colours, and Amber and Tong from the CS team were incredibly helpful and very dedicated in their job to make the best referral program page possible for me. Amber was super reactive in the chat box and was always available to help for anything I asked, which was greatly appreciated. And all of this free of charge! Can't recommend this app enough.
