Hello there! We did not try to charge you 2 days after you installed the app, but 7. As mentioned in our immediate email to you, you were simply confused about how our pricing worked. Still, we provided a full refund immediately upon receiving your support request. We bill based on Total Orders, store wide. This is because we are a data analytics and reporting tool. Hello! This certainly was not us. We are unsure of what exactly you are referring to, but still we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. I can assure you that we did not do this intentionally! Would you please let us know what email address / support inbox you are referring to so we can make absolutely sure it doesn't happen again? That being said, it looks like you only used Boardroom for 4 minutes before uninstalling the app, which I suspect means you didn't really use it at all. In light of this, are you willing to remove this review? We're a small business and a 1 star review is fairly detrimental to us. Thank you in advance!
