I switched to Bold from Recharge because I was having so many issues and their customer service is like non-existent, they are very bad at it. But I'm happy that at Bold, customer service team is great, they are always fast to help and resolve our issues, shout out to Kupra for always being fast to help. I'm happy I decided to switch.
