A merge was required for an updated subscription version, was never informed that old version needed to be uninstalled, therefore was double charged for nearly 3 yrs before I noticed the charges. Offered 6 month refund, which is better than nothing. Merge was stressful and confusing with very little communication. Just I needed to merge accounts or my subscription accounts would be deactivated. Yet, they still charged me for nearly 3yrs even though the app was irrelevant! Infuriating!

Dreadful customer support. A week with an issue and no response to multiple emails and no action via online support
I find this a great app and quite affordable. The customer service is also good, which is a plus since this is all new to me. However, I didn’t give it five stars because I wish I could create subscriptions for my customers. Additionally, I’d like the sales receipts to clearly show the discount amount, as reporting doesn’t capture it. It’s also a bit complicated to adjust someone’s discount. It would be great if I could enter the product’s original price, set a discount, or see their current discount when using dynamic discounts.
