Lack of access to a real human is common place now - not just this app. But I have had great support in the chat when I requested a human. Chintak went above and beyond for me.
A merge was required for an updated subscription version, was never informed that old version needed to be uninstalled, therefore was double charged for nearly 3 yrs before I noticed the charges. Offered 6 month refund, which is better than nothing. Merge was stressful and confusing with very little communication. Just I needed to merge accounts or my subscription accounts would be deactivated. Yet, they still charged me for nearly 3yrs even though the app was irrelevant! Infuriating!
