My advice to anybody looking for subscriptions is to find a different company that has a successful app that has been running for a long time. This new version of their app needs TONS of work. The app needs so much work. Ever since they "upgraded", the new platform is much more confusing and difficult. Everything takes too many steps, user interface is awful, and they are clearly having tons of coding issues because my updates are not reflecting on the store page. Their customer service has also been very slow, communicative but slow. And they never give you a full answer in their email, they respond with a question. So then you have to wait another 3 days for a response. I have been dealing with issues for weeks of countless emails, still no resolution. They currently paused all subscriptions for now because they know how awful it is running. My advice to anybody looking for subscriptions is to find a different company that has a successful app that has been running for a long time.
