I use this app to run multiple different businesses tracking and booking software and it’s a breeze to integrate into the website and in the very rare occasion where I have an issue, the help team and technical team is very quick to guide me or help fix it themselves i highly recommend them for any website needing a calendar integration

No free plan and asking for PII

Our plan starts with a minimal cost of 18 USD/month which consists of multiple features like unlimited bookings etc. Also, May we know what do you exactly mean by "Asking for PII". We had a great experience with Webkul. The app offers a user-friendly interface, seamless Shopify integration, and excellent customer support. Unfortunately, it lacked a few features crucial to our needs, leading us to explore other options. However, if the app aligns with your business requirements, we highly recommend it. Kudos to the Webkul team for their outstanding support.

Excellent App - we have been looking for this for some time. And it meets all our needs. However, most importantly the customer service is stellar and the assistance we needed to quickly learn and clarify what we needed to do to ensure our ability to create customer experience.

Excellent support, very quick and efficient. Good functionality of the tool, it could be more intuitive but the support team covers that.

Good support, comfortable app. Set up the form and recommendation through the app. Additionally they can make everything in the design on the site

The app itself is a really good product. Takes quite a bit of tweaking the settings but performs really well. The missing star is due to the excess seller support required when integrated into the marketplace app. To be fair, the support team provides 5 star service.

Definitely the best booking app in the shopify store. It has the best price/quality ratio and allowed me to add cancel and reschedule directly on my website without using a link within an email

Seems like it should be fine if it actually worked. I have been back and forth (mostly me following up 2-3 times) with their customer support and have still not had help nor is my issue resolved, it has now been almost 2 months. I eventually hired a developer to look into it and see if the coding or console errors and have been told it is an issue with the App itself and the App developer needs to fix it. If you are reading (Webkul Booking App) this please help me!!!!
