I’ve worked with a variety of integrations between Shopify and QuickBooks over the years, and I can confidently say that none have matched the seamless accuracy and outstanding support provided by Bookkeep. This platform stands out not only for its reliability but also for the expertise and responsiveness of its support team. The integration is incredibly user-friendly, and for those who aren’t technically inclined, assistance is always just minutes away. Over the years, I’ve reached out to support many times for specific needs for new clients, and I’m continually impressed by the consistency and knowledge of the team — many of whom have been with the company for years and are always eager to help. What truly sets Bookkeep apart is the flexibility of their development team. They aren’t limited in what they can sync and are able to tailor solutions to meet my clients’ unique needs — making me look great to my clients in the process. Bookkeep is the best. Since 1995 I have used many different accounting integration software companies. You will not find a better one. The have definitely raised the bar so high that no other can come close. Jason, Laurie, Alta, Sal and the rest of the team listen to understand and implement your solution with no pain. I’ve never had this level of support from a software provider... Bookkeep actually responds. And not "just" respond, they respond quickly, with real solutions. Every interaction has been quick, helpful, and teams are all knowledgeable. They’ve helped me navigate and solve multiple challenges, hours I would have otherwise spent on consultants. It’s rare to find a software and their CX this responsive and invested in helping their users succeed.

Allegro Dance Boutique has been with Bookkeep since July of 2020. Unlike many companies who were paralyzed during Covid shutdowns we used that time to lean in and invest in the future by converting to Shopify. It was apparent that a bridge to the financial applications was necessary. We were one of the earliest customers to utilize Bookkeep to handle the bridge from Shopify to our Quickbooks financial systems.
