The support team is exceptional — responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. More importantly, the people behind the product understand accounting. They are not just software support staff; they understand financial reporting, reconciliations, assurance requirements, and what management actually needs from accounting data. What stands out most is that they continuously improve the platform. New features, better workflows, stronger reporting — they clearly listen to accountants and operators and build accordingly. Their tax handling is excellent and has significantly reduced complexity and risk in our bookkeeping process. The automation is reliable, but the real differentiator is the audit trail. Every imported entry includes supporting source documentation attached directly to the transaction.
