Bookkeep.com has become an essential part of our Shopify operation. Quite frankly, it solves reporting and accounting gaps that Shopify itself still has not addressed. The support team is exceptional — responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. More importantly, the people behind the product understand accounting. They are not just software support staff; they understand financial reporting, reconciliations, assurance requirements, and what management actually needs from accounting data. What stands out most is that they continuously improve the platform. New features, better workflows, stronger reporting — they clearly listen to accountants and operators and build accordingly. Their tax handling is excellent and has significantly reduced complexity and risk in our bookkeeping process. The automation is reliable, but the real differentiator is the audit trail. Every imported entry includes supporting source documentation attached directly to the transaction. From an accounting and assurance perspective, that is incredibly valuable and honestly a dream setup for accountants. Bookkeep.com has given us the confidence to continue scaling on Shopify despite Shopify’s ongoing accounting and reporting limitations. It has become one of the key reasons we are staying on the Shopify platform. Highly recommended for any serious Shopify business that cares about accurate financials, clean reconciliations, strong controls, and management reporting.

Bookkeep and their staff have been amazing! We have located issues we didn't even know we had with the help of their team members. They definitely go the extra mile to provide such great service and have taken many weights off our shoulders throughout the set-up process. I am excited to see how we can grow with them on our side!
