This has saved me so much time! This integration posts our sales, deposits, gift cards, fees, and so much more on a daily basis so that our books are up to date. Their customer service is available at convenient times and has assisted me with questions or errors. They have even alerted me when I set up the integration incorrectly and gave me steps to fix the issue. As an accountant, I will be using this will all of my Shopify clients!

This software does exactly what they say it will and saves an incredible amount of time for any accountant who wants postings to go to Quickbooks withot every single product and customer going over to the books also. Genius. The support has been truly remarkable - they know what they are doing... just wish they made all the software we needed! I started when it was $10, but even now at $60 for our three locations, its an absolute must have. Don't waste your time and the headache of doing this yourself, in my opinion, its money well spent for our small business start up.

Terrible management. They keep raising the prices, it went from $10 a month to $40. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I appreciate your feedback! This is Jason the CEO. I totally understand that the price increase can hurt your bottom line. It was a painful decision for us to change our pricing. Bookkeep is designed for very high volume retailers with 100s to 1000s of orders. The accuracy and time savings when dealing with so many orders more than covers the cost of Bookkeep. In addition we offer 25% off if you pay upfront for a year. I recommend checking out the free option built into QuickBooks called Commerce. It may be better for your needs. Jason

Daily and accurate journal entries mean I know where my business stands every day without a lot of checking or calculating between different programs. No more confusing journal entries from multiple sales channels and stores! No more, why won't this balance? What batch is that, etc?! ThisPLUS the customer support is insanely good! Not only did Anish and Ananie get me set up properly, but they walked me through all the connections and links and entries so I really understand where the numbers are coming from. Buy this now. If you are a busy entrepreneur, it will change your life. Rock Stars! PS - A few years ago before Bookkeep Daily Summary was available I tried the QB version, which makes a journal entry for every single transaction into QBO, which is not necessary, redundant and slows down QBO to the point that it is useless. So glad I checked again for something new! This is the way to go if you want smart, clean and accurate books.

Great onboarding, intuitive and direct 1:1 support via zoom to get it all set up. Would like to have the ability to summarize by product type and class code at some point but great for now.

They have been very helpful. As I was trying to figure where some of the income was and how it transferred over. They spend a lot of time with me on zoom making sure everything was setup well. Great customer service.

This app seamlessly posts our daily Shopify sales and our weekly deposits to our QuickBooks Online account. It works perfectly! The customer service is SO WONDERFUL and Anish has helped me multiple times. This is an amazing app and I would recommend it to anyone!

I have been using Bookkeep Sync software for over 2 years. I am very impressed with the functionalities and the data it sends. I decided to write a review today because I needed clarification on some items entered and I was blown away with the customer service. I definitely recommend this software.

I looked high and low for an app that integrated exactly how I needed in QuickBooks. I just happened to come across this app and after a month of mapping, reconfiguring and working on my set up it's working like a charm and it's super easy. I especially like the real-time changes you can do to your daily sales and mappings right there in the log. Thank you for creating this app, having awesome support & working with our needs. My needs were: - Daily journal entry summaries - Customizability - Chat or phone support - Easy mapping - Multiple user roles - Mapping difficult product types
