Haven't been using the app for long so unable to comment on app functionality so far, but from what I have experienced I am very impressed. When coming across a free app I tend to be skeptical that there is a payment wall hiding somewhere, but everything available in this app is free. Some features require contacting customer service, but the customer service team, Mariadel specifically, is so helpful and informative! From what I have used, the setup is easy to use and follow, and it provides a lot of features for your customer's loyalty points. Highly recommend for what I have experienced so far!

So far it's been a great help. The customer service is quick and responsive. The App has a pre-made page ready that you can customize for your store. You can also set the discount amount and the requirements for the discount.
