Easy install and set-up. The only issue was successfully importing all customer emails from a previous app, but the support agent was extremely attentive and helpful.

I am really loving implementing Loloyal's Reward Program Services into our website's platform. It's been generating more sales and proving changes that keep customers on our website instead of shopping through our third party platforms which is great! It's still a bit newer to our website and I'm still learning to integrate it, but the customer support has been SUPERIOR, kind, and so helpful! I have spoken with Catherine and she has been super kind and I can't wait to continue working with her and the Loloyal team!

The issue was the was the Birthday field did not show the pencil for the customer to enter their birthdate. It might have been the user profile was created before we installed the app. After a few minutes with Catherine in support she got us our result. Thank You!

Great expedited service. I love apps that have live chat. It is so difficult when you have to send an email for help and wait a few days to get help. Loloyal goes the extra mile.
