Had an issue with bots from Ashburn VA and Council Bluffs Iowa. Paul was very prompt and professional to respond for Negate support. He clarified that these bots from AWS were not actually Amazon, but instead people who rent servers from AWS in order to crawl my website! On the pro plan was able to FINALLY get this under control.
