Our conversion numbers were taking a huge dive because of all of the China bot traffic. We installed Negate and saw them start being blocked right away but it was still only catching about half of them. I reached out to their customer service team and got a quick response from Kai who initiated a block on all China traffic and helped explain what was happening. Now we are on our way to clean analytics. Thank you Kai and Negate!
