Honestly. This app is overall pretty good. HOWEVER, when you have issues, they don't respond to your messages. Sometimes the AI will mess up and it will cost you credits (that are quite expensive) and you won't get anything refunded and the pictures are basically useless. When it does work, it works well. Another complaint that I have is that I used Botika on 2 different stores, however on 1 store I only had a limited selection of male models while on the other I had many more to choose from. On the other store I only have male models that I don't really like and that don't match my brand. So apparently you don't get 'access to ALL models' as they state on their subscription page as I see completely different models on both stores. And when I ask them, I don't get any response. Thinking of quitting my membership because of this. In total I pay approx 130-150 per month to them, so please get back to me! EDIT: Updated my review to 5 stars because they got in touch with me and fixed everything! Now all is good and it definitely adds value to my store.

Absolutely amazing! While the beta images still need a little work with words, the production images are unbelievable. This has saved me hundreds of hours and has taken our store to a whole new level.

Took me a minute to figure out what kind of base image was suitable for the type of rendering I wanted - I made some mistakes at first. Customer service responded quickly and Avi was great to work with. Tech support is paramount with any app and Botika was amazing. Seems that they are always looking for ways to improve. I would highly recommend this app.

So far so good, I can see this app getting better and better and if the image isn’t great they work on it and send it back corrected, customer support is very good!

I would not recommend this app. From the beginning, I had nothing but issues. They charged me without giving me the credits I paid for, and trying to get in touch with them about issues is impossible. They owe me money right now and still have not returned any of my emails. Please choose another app. I would not want anyone to go through what I've been through with this app, which is so unprofessional.

Excellent app. Admittedly there were some initial teething problems but support is very responsive and the image results are brilliant (and getting better) Saved us thousands on new photoshoots already. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loving this app. I’ve been searching and sampling many apps to change the models on my product images and none of the technologies can do it properly until I started using BOTIKA. This app is unbelievable and does 100% what I am after. I highly recommend this app, it is sensational Also the customer service is really good and they are very quick to respond Well done and thank you for creating such an amazing tool

100% recommended. Great photos and when they have issues they will fix them. Perfect to increase certainty of the users visiting my store. My CR is higher since I use product photos with the models of botika

Scam! Not making changes according to deadline. Do not recommend. Their support is not working. Just not answering. In the end of the day you just have picture with mistakes in your clothes and with crazy ugly hands.

I have to update my review and downgrade my rating significantly. I upgraded my account to PRO earlier this year and am just running out of credits. I have contacted support at least 7 times now and after days of waiting got a generic answer that didn't help at all. The problem is that I paid for a large bulk and to add more I have to upgrade my plan. But the upgrade is charging me the full $800 and not the difference of $250. Plus the rates have gone up so much that $250 doesn't get me much (180 credits). I thought maybe if I cancelled my account I could just open a new pro account with the needed credits ($350 for 360 credits). But NO - when I click cancel account I get an error message telling me to contact support. Which I have and guess what - no response! So now I have a useless app with no credits that I cannot cancel. I loved this app at first - given it has some of the typical AI glitches where it doesn't exactly understand human anatomy (hands/feet specifically). Old Review: This app is a game changer - the images look fantastic and very realistic. Very easy to use, reasonably priced and great customer service. I've been using it for a few weeks now and I keep seeing improvements like more models. Sometimes it has issues with hands and feet, but with a quick circle of the issue you resubmit and they make the edits and get them back to you with the issues fixed.

Great experience so far, the customer service and support on this app is unmatched. there have been a few little issues but as soon as addressed they have been fixed straight the way. overall this has been a big cost saver for us with models and if the app keeps developing , it can only get better :)
