After upgrading, the quality has gone downhill. Even when I only made the chance for two images fixed, the results were completely unusable; many details looked off. (Also, I notice some images I only fixed once, and that's the final) The final product felt really rushed, but still took longer than the expected time, and the PS traces were undeniable. I could not use it at all. Honestly, I’m quite disappointed. I hope the team improves the quality.

I’m not satisfied with this app. Around 95% of the generated photos had major errors, and it took days or even weeks for them to be re-edited. I created two videos (each costing 5 credits), but both had serious defects and couldn’t be used. I tried to contact the team to request re-edits or a refund of the credits, but I never received a response. Also, my latest attempt with a male model was a failure – the product (men’s briefs) was completely changed into a different item. Even though I still have credits and a few days left on my subscription, I’m being asked to subscribe again just to request edits. In conclusion, I do not recommend this app. Only a few photos turned out okay, but most were a total failure.
Hi there, Thank you for the feedback. We'd like to Apologize for delay in fixes. This was a temporary issue due to extremely high demand. We expanded our fixes bandwidth and are back to meeting delivery times. In addition, we’re working on the next version of Botika's AI engine, which will dramatically reduce the need for fixes as well as improve their delivery times, further automating a lot of the processes they include. The credits for these images are 100% refunded and we don't charge extra credits for the fixes. Regarding the videos quality - Unfortunately, we can't offer fixes for our videos. We're planning to address the quality issues in the near future as we update our video workflow. Stay tuned. Our male models are about to go an update as well very soon, and until then we're happy to review the problematic images and refund the credits. TERRIBLE APP. Cannot get anyone to respond to your messages. The app took credits and after 4 days still haven't deiivered my projects. It went from instant delivery, to 2 hours, to 3 days and now it don't have no time frame. My main complaint is customer service. You cannot get help from anyone. I want a refund.

100% app built to scam . Don't put your card in there and don't believe their professional replies in reviews forums. I wasted my money in there and they are scammers.

Greedy app that doesn’t let you use sample photos because they have watermarks. The generated photos are weak, simply copying the exact poses and settings of the original images I selected, just swapping the model. A complete failure that should be banned from the Shopify store.
Hi there, Thank you for the feedback. Our free trial results do come with watermarks and if you like the results and decide to upgrade we remove them retroactively. This is common practice and we feel it is a great way to let you evaluate our solution with on strings attached. Regarding the settings from the original image - This is a part of our on-model flow and by preserving many of the original image features, we're able to offer unparalleled image quality. We also support flat lay and mannequin photos as part of our beta workflows. These offer more flexibility in terms of poses and sizes, but are currently less accurate and consistent. Absolutely the Worst AI Imaging Experience — Avoid at All Costs Botika AI is hands down the most frustrating and unreliable AI imaging tool I’ve ever used. The service is appalling — not only is the image generation wildly inconsistent (same prompt, different results every time), but even after personally providing clear reference examples to their customer service team, they still couldn’t get it right. And that’s when you can actually get a response — which you likely won’t. I waited over four days without a single reply to multiple emails during the working week. Zero accountability. Zero follow-up. Just silence. The platform itself feels broken, chaotic, and completely disconnected from the needs of anyone who wants consistent, usable AI-generated content. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this software. There are far better alternatives out there — Flux.ai is miles ahead, cheaper, and actually works. I wish I had done my research before wasting time and money here. Don’t make the same mistake. Botika AI is a disaster.

Every picture has an issue - twisted hands, shortened torsos, head size disproportionate to body - and are nowhere near good enough quality to use on a professional retail website. Agree with all the feedback above - even as a paying customer they don't respond to you, when they do they can't find you on their system. That's just not good enough. Plus they don't refund your credit for unusable pictures. The models are all tiny teenagers - with a very limited range on offer. Not worth it as it takes up too much time and stress. I am discontinuing after only using half my credits.

While the idea is good in practice it didn't work. First it said it would take the 15mins, as it says online to generate an image, Then it went up to 3hrs then 3days! It was a sunday , they did get back to me monday morning and just said it was an error. But thats your credit used and its just not really workable. Plus all the models look incredibly young, even their oldest who was supposed to be 40 years old , looked 18.

The delay in delivery time - All of our images take 15 min and you can batch edit as much as you want. If we find something is wrong with an image, our Not Safe For Work filter is turned on and we send that photo for a manual review which can take up 5 business days depending on your plan. We apologize if this wasn't communicated well enough and we will add clearer explanations for those situations in our app. At the end of the day, this is meant to guarantee you get the best results. 2. This App is best in market. I have enjoyed success with our male models. Some of the AI results required revision, however these fixes were completed. I would like to see more female models, particularly options with shorter hair. I would also like to see developments concerning jewellery and accessories. I commend the Support staff for endeavouring to make enhancements.

"the App does not work with any detailed clothing or accessories like sunglasses or jewelry" - our FAQ section clearly states that we currently don't support accessories in general including jewelry. 2. "The App does not reveal this to you this up front, only after you have paid and wasted time" - We offer a free trial, to allow users to try out the platform so and understand exactly what their getting when they purchase a licenses to the Botika platform. 3. "For regular clothing, there are too many revisions required and the time delays are too long" - We're the only generative AI platform for fashion that offers multiple revisions included on your plan at no additional cost. We're doing our best to provide them as quickly as possible. 4. "The technical team do not like any feedback... they should offer options with shorter hair" - Quite the opposite. We welcome user feedback and are proud to say our product roadmap is almost entirely built on users request. We accepted your feedback and are working very hard to add more models with various hairstyles as well as more over hairstyle. Expect more later this year on this 5. "Rather than accept my constructive feedback, I was dismissed with an arrogant response" - We apologize if this is the feeling you were left with, but this is never our intent or how we handle our customers. There is no response. ETA mentioned in the app is 2 days but we have not heard anything from them for the past 8 days since we first raised the issue with the images.

It has limited capabilities, but what they do they do great! I can design a skirt with a provider, and upload the picture directly from Shopify to Botika. Then I select the model and the setting, and they give me a photograph that really works! Right now I can't select the accessories the model is wearing, but for now is way better than any alternative. Their support team was super responsive and kind too. Worth their rate. Waiting for more capabilities and children AI-models to give them a full 5!

Honestly. This app is overall pretty good. HOWEVER, when you have issues, they don't respond to your messages. Sometimes the AI will mess up and it will cost you credits (that are quite expensive) and you won't get anything refunded and the pictures are basically useless. When it does work, it works well. Another complaint that I have is that I used Botika on 2 different stores, however on 1 store I only had a limited selection of male models while on the other I had many more to choose from. On the other store I only have male models that I don't really like and that don't match my brand. So apparently you don't get 'access to ALL models' as they state on their subscription page as I see completely different models on both stores. And when I ask them, I don't get any response. Thinking of quitting my membership because of this. In total I pay approx 130-150 per month to them, so please get back to me! EDIT: Updated my review to 5 stars because they got in touch with me and fixed everything! Now all is good and it definitely adds value to my store.
