Absolutely amazing! While the beta images still need a little work with words, the production images are unbelievable. This has saved me hundreds of hours and has taken our store to a whole new level.

Took me a minute to figure out what kind of base image was suitable for the type of rendering I wanted - I made some mistakes at first. Customer service responded quickly and Avi was great to work with. Tech support is paramount with any app and Botika was amazing. Seems that they are always looking for ways to improve. I would highly recommend this app.

I would not recommend this app. From the beginning, I had nothing but issues. They charged me without giving me the credits I paid for, and trying to get in touch with them about issues is impossible. They owe me money right now and still have not returned any of my emails. Please choose another app. I would not want anyone to go through what I've been through with this app, which is so unprofessional.

With regards to billing, payments and credits, as discussed with you before, Shopify's app billing is a bit complex and at times the charges aren't straightforward. Absolutely loving this app. I’ve been searching and sampling many apps to change the models on my product images and none of the technologies can do it properly until I started using BOTIKA. This app is unbelievable and does 100% what I am after. Edited to update: While the app is the best I've found for AI imagery, the customer service is awful. I've summitted several requests and issues where images get stuck in generation or are poorly completed and there is no response. This is frustrating as the product is not cheap and has actually gone up in price a lot. There is also no add on option if you do an annual program. I feel like I've wasted a lot of time, money and credits as nobody is helping us and 15 minute edits often turn into 2-3 changes as they decide to add an extra foot (yes the model often has a 3rd foot that needs removed) to the models. This app is a game changer - the images look fantastic and very realistic. Very easy to use, reasonably priced and great customer service. I've been using it for a few weeks now and I keep seeing improvements like more models. Sometimes it has issues with hands and feet, but with a quick circle of the issue you resubmit and they make the edits and get them back to you with the issues fixed.

Great experience so far, the customer service and support on this app is unmatched. there have been a few little issues but as soon as addressed they have been fixed straight the way. overall this has been a big cost saver for us with models and if the app keeps developing , it can only get better :)

This is the best AI program for models hands down. The models look very realistic. This program is so easy to use once you figure it out, and when the images don’t generate properly the first time they always fix it and make it right the second time. Any issues I’ve had they were quick to respond with great communication. Hoping that in the near future we can get some animated AI models to make ads with.

This application is not FREE, and it might be misleading as it doesn't clearly communicate the limitations associated with the free version. It would be more accurate to describe the conditions of the free version, such as having limited credits for use and watermarks on generated images. Additionally, when dealing with multiple variants for a product, the free version only allows the generation of one product, necessitating an upgrade to eliminate watermarks and access more credits.

The app didn't generate photos and showed an error. They don't have a cancellation form and won't allow you to cancel. When you contact them, they will push you to keep trying the service while they charge you.
Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, you weren't able to generate photos since you used an heic file format which we don't support. We recommend using jpg, png or webp files only. We happily approved a full refund even though we don't offer them since we have a free trial which allows you to evaluate if our app is a good fit for your businesses. We have been using the app for some time now. After getting a feel for how the AI works, what it can do and which of our photos are good or not suitable, we are increasingly satisfied with the results. Botika produces very good results, especially in difficult areas where other apps we have tested have had big problems (e.g. hands). We are delighted with the new workflow, which allows us to mark "problem areas" in the results and submit them for post-processing. All in all, the app produces very good results in the vast majority of cases. We haven't found anything better for fashion yet. A clear recommendation!

the app is NOT FREE it cost a lot of money , it need to be marked as free option available, change the pricing from FREE to Free Option Available by the way the image need to be on a model , its just changing the face of the model , normally if the image is already on the model , its should be a good quality anyway i was not abel to test it , since none of my products have image with a model

We chose this approach as it allows us to achieve high quality, realistic photos and provide our users with stunning results they will want to use in their stores. Our app offers a lot more than just change the face of the model: we swap and optimize the lighting, the model's skin tone, hair style, background and many more elements to make the AI generated photo look 100% natural. If you need to create on-model photos to use Botika, you can have a friend, a colleague or even pose yourself, saving you up to 90% of the cost compared to hiring a model and using a photoshoot studio. We're already working on reproducing the same level of quality from packshots, flat-lays and mannequins. We will soon support those as well, so stay tuned! As for the free plan, we're sorry for the misunderstanding and will do our best to offer a free plan as soon as possible. Our free offering is still a great way to experience our solution before moving to the paid plans.
