I’ve had a great experience with BotSpace. The UI is very user-friendly, and they offer a lot of useful features even in the free version. Setting up WhatsApp API, Instagram automation, and Shopify integration was super easy and smooth. What really stands out is their support team, they are always friendly, responsive, and ready to help in any situation at any time. A special thanks to Rohit Singh, who helped me a lot during my learning and understanding stage of the BotSpace platform. He was always available to guide me and solve my doubts patiently. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an easy and reliable automation platform for WhatsApp, Instagram, and Shopify.

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE ONLY SINGLE PERSON DOING ONBOARDING, CUSTOMER SUPORT, SALES, MAKING WORKFLOWS, DEVELOPER. THEY CALL ANYTIME AND EXPECT TO PICK CALLS, MAKING WORKFLOWS LIVES AFFECTING YOUR CUSTOMERS AND ORDERS
