A solid AI chat tool with room to grow BotSpace does a decent job of handling customer conversations and the UI is clean and intuitive enough to get started without much fuss. The AI assistance is functional and covers the basics well. That said, the onboarding experience could do with some work — particularly for merchants outside a certain region. The setup flow doesn't always account for country-specific differences, whether that's language defaults, compliance nuances, or platform norms, so expect a bit of trial and error getting things properly configured for your market. A few UX improvements that would genuinely elevate the day-to-day experience: the ability to swipe-to-reply to specific messages within a chat thread (much like WhatsApp or iMessage) would make conversations far easier to manage, and being able to see contact profile pictures within the chat window would add a welcome layer of context when handling multiple conversations. On the AI side — it works, but it feels a touch generic. What would really set this apart is the ability to configure the tone and personality of AI-generated replies, so merchants can align responses with their brand voice rather than sounding like every other store using the same tool. Overall, a promising app with a strong foundation. A few thoughtful updates and it could easily be a five-star experience.

Botspace is affordable and delivers great value for eCommerce. The team is super supportive and responsive, especially when it comes to setting up flows and automations. They make the whole process smooth, even if you're new to it. Highly recommended for brands looking to scale customer communication efficiently.
