Loom Collection review for BotSpace: AI Chat & Helpdesk

We recently switched to BotSpace, and it's been really helpful in getting our customer support set up properly with proper reporting. Whenever we run into an issue or need something adjusted, we reach out to the developers, and they sort it out quickly; they're really responsive and easy to work with. Happy with the app so far and would recommend it.
