Boxi has been an absolute game-changer for my store. I run a gifting business with a Build Your Own Box experience, and this is the only app that handled everything I needed — custom steps, beautiful UX, easy product organisation, and seamless integration with my theme. What makes it even better is the support. Dmitrii has been incredible fast, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me get the perfect setup. Every question was answered thoroughly and nothing was ever too much trouble. If you’re building gift boxes, hampers, or any kind of mix-and-match product experience, this is hands down the best app on Shopify. Highly recommend!

Dmitri has been extremely helpful with all my questions about setting up the BOXi app. He responds quickly to messages and even scheduled two very useful calls to walk me through the setup, ensuring the app was customized exactly how we wanted it for our store. So far, our experience with the app has been excellent.

Beyond a five star service. I chose Boxi for the Bundle Builder feature that I am incorporating into my website after considering other offerings. I also read the excellent reviews. I familiarised myself with the offering and took advantage of the 30 minutes session with Dmitri. Dimitri could not have been more helpful, patient and facilitative. He obviously knows his product inside out but in the space of call, he understood my objectives and advised and adapted his app to suit my store's needs. Dmitri then assisted me further by ensuring the necessary infrastructure features were enabled to allow BOXI to work as I wished. An excellent start to using an app that I hope will become an important service for our store.

Fantastic app and even better support. Cristina helped me set up a “Single bundle” flow that shows clear bundle contents in the cart and cart drawer, grouped per card. Quick, proactive and super knowledgeable. Exactly what I needed—highly recommend!

We usually leave reviews and update them over time as we gain hands on experience with the apps. We had issues with another very popular box builder app so we had to switch in a hurry. We had previously tested this one so it was our first option to recover custom box feature for our store. This app is not as feature rich as others, but delivers - stepped configurable flow with quantity or amount level rules - multiple items from different variants can be added - picture updated based on selected variant - uses Shopify UI guidelines instead of using their own fonts, color schemas and trying to reinvent the weel - feels snappy when browsing, both the configuration pages and the frontend user facing elements - does not try to sell you other apps in the meantime. - box result in the cart looks good, an item you can control the name of, with the included items visible. We are also happy with the support provided by Dmitri and Cristina, they've been helpful in solving some annoyances with our custom theme. Being a reduced team, you have to understand that these people cannot cover 24/7 as some other asian based teams do. However, once you set Boxi up, it's mostly autopilot. We have set up our two step by step BYOB flows in less than an hour. Overall the experience is good, I still have to see how these boxes convert compared to our previous flows.

Love this app. It was simple to set up and meets all our needs. We needed a little help with getting it to display correctly on our theme and Dmitri was able to assist us getting everything customized with very little wait.

The interface is very clean and easy to use. Would love to see a product enhancement of a search bar within the box builder to search through products, but otherwise the customer support is top notch and the team is very quick to respond and troubleshoot any questions/issues you may have. Lots of support and options are recommended to fit your store's needs. Recommend!

I've tried using a couple of other box builder apps, but Boxi is the most user-friendly one. Very simple and straightforward. Easy to understand. Dmitri is very helpful and always available to chat for any help. Highly recommended.

I've been using Boxi for a month now and all I can say is wow, what a great, easy-to-use app. I have tried multiple box builder apps and they didn't function well over time or were not to my liking but Dmitri has built an amazing app that works just perfect. The customer service is great as I get answers to my questions within literally seconds. Dmitri really listens to your suggestions to optimize the app. I whole heartedly recommend the Boxi app.
