We've been using Boxify for nearly a year and love how it makes shipping products so easy. We also find the customer service exceptional. Whenever there's a question, or a new spreadsheet of product dimensions to update, we get answers right away. And they're good answers--the staff take time to read the question and then to answer it.

WARNING - When your free trial ends, it will not automatically bill you or start on the basic plan. What does that mean? If you utilize this app as your only calculated shipping method, your customers will not be able to checkout! Fortunately a customer brought this to our attention, minimizing the loss of our ad spend and visitor exits. Nonetheless, the ad spend that we had during this time cost us more than the app does for the year. Hopefully the developer will change that. Most apps we've installed require you to agree to a specific plan that will begin billing once your plan expires without having you to re-enter the app and choose a plan. Otherwise, this app is an excellent tool and I highly recommend it. It's actually unbelievable that Shopify doesn't already have dimensions as an option for shipping. Just another monthly expense for using Shopify's platform..

Customer Service is exceptional and the app has performed perfectly for many years. If you need to show real dimensional shipping rates to your customers and give your staff the box size to use this is your app.

Amazing app, easy to use, and fantastic email and phone support. Boxify helped me resolve an issue I've been dealing with for months. i wish I heard of them sooner

We have been using this app for a good while now. Works great and the support is stellar. They answer quickly and promtly. With straight forward answers that solves the issue with ease. Highly reccomended.
