Boxify has been amazing. Thanks to some direct support help from Dave we were able to kick off our initial fulfillment with exactly the right packaging inventory. The app itself does what it says, and helps make sure we get the exact size boxes you need to fulfill any mix / quantity of items based on your own base requirements for max size, padding around items, etc. I saw someone upset that Boxify doesn't automatically stop billing as soon as you have a dormant shipping period, but we don't have a single app that does that. Its always been up to us to pause or remove an app if we aren't using it. So that aside, I fully recommend Boxify if you need to know what packaging you need to fulfil and order, and also be able to work with whatever variables you want to include for packing with size, padding, weight, etc.

My products are various sizes, each ship from different locations, and each location uses different carriers. Boxify has been the most helpful tool ever. It makes it easy to implement shipping charges based on how the products can pack into a box. I recently was changing us some things and got stuck. I wasn’t seeing the right carrier and after several hours of messing around, I emailed support. Dave responded to me right away at 10PM. His response was very thorough and he actually took the time to look at my store and confirm exactly what my issue was. While doing so he found a few other things that I had not enabled but should have. My issue was a simple oversight on my part but he took the time to explain it so that I understood and was able to quickly correct my error. The Boxify app is awesome and so is the support!

Excellent app with tremendous support. Would highly recommend, this app has helped our back end staff with assembling orders, and the pos be able to properly calculate live shipping accurately. It is a little wonky by necessity but the support is great at walking you through everything.

Although I haven't used the app longer than a couple weeks, I am giving 5 stars based on support alone. The folks at Boxify have provided thorough support quickly and effectively each time I've had a question and even go as far as providing suggestions outside the scope of their own app to help me, when necessary. I feel like I'm in good hands with Boxify and that I can continue using them confidently knowing help is there when I need it! And let's be real, I'll NEED IT! Thanks guys!

Boxify solves many of our issues that we weren't able to solve in any other way as simply or cost-effectively. We needed a solution that could easily handle shipping quotes to customers on Shopify for multiple box shipments and especially for single SKUs that contained multiple boxes. This alone has saved us a lot of pulled out hair (and expense for incorrect shipping quotes from Shopify and couriers). Boxify also calculates and passes recommended box sizes in the Shopify order notes, which helps us greatly speed up the packing process, and has a lot of flexibility around different shipping zones, adjusting shipping rate quotes, etc. Dave @ Boxify support is absolutely fantastic, he's helped us several times with shipping cost or process mysteries (it's never the software's fault, usually us or a courier doing something weird) by digging deep into the issue and recommending solutions. We can't recommend this app enough. It's our "If we only could have 1 app, this would be it" app.

Boxify does what it says it does, and it makes it easy to do. We have over 500 products, and with their upload form it was easy to get them all set up. The support is really a cut above- I had questions during set up, and they were all addressed promptly and in detail. Whenever it looked like I had hit a snag, Support was there and had either an explanation or a workaround. Would highly recommend if you have many products of different sizes, or customers buy in bulk! I think this app is going to save us a lot of time, money and headaches

We've been using Boxify for nearly a year and love how it makes shipping products so easy. We also find the customer service exceptional. Whenever there's a question, or a new spreadsheet of product dimensions to update, we get answers right away. And they're good answers--the staff take time to read the question and then to answer it.

We needed a solution to properly calculate multiple sized boxes and packaging with our negotiated UPS rates to apply at checkout, and Boxify has been the absolute best for our needs. The app is straightforward and works 100% of the time. When I needed to reconnect the API, Dave at Boxify responded to my email so quickly. It is so nice to work with an app that values the support of their customers, as much as they do the quality of their product. The peace of mind I have that my customers are getting a proper shipping quote, as well as knowing that I have access to support from a real person is invaluable.

My company has used Boxify for several years. It has worked very well for us. In fact, we are adding Boxify to a brand new store. I have needed assistance in setup a few times, so I emailed Boxify with my issues. They responded VERY quickly (within 30 minutes today) with the answer. I did not get some automatic reply or some generic email. I could tell that I was emailing an actual person (David). He helped me with everything I needed. I almost NEVER review anything, as I am quite busy, but Boxify has been THAT good and they deserve it. No program for calculating shipping is perfect, but I would say that Boxify is as close as it gets for our needs. We sell products of varying weights and sizes (motorcycle parts), and Shopify's shipping could not come close to handling our needs. I would HIGHLY recommend Boxify.
