Euclid Farms review for ZenBox: Bundle Builder

Edited from 1 star: Our business encountered some very frustrating issues with the app that have recently been resolved. The process was lengthy due to back and forth communication and trying to determine which side the issue was on. I initially wasn't happy with the responses we got from Bundle Builder requesting help. That being said, as soon as Hannes from the customer service team reached out it really turned things around. He was very on top of communicating with me about timelines and how they were working behind the scenes to figure out the issues. Ultimately it was a long process to get there, but I did feel that he genuinely cared about helping us out. I still find that the user interface isn't the most straightforward, but we will continue to use Bundle Builder, as I'm much more confident in the customer service we received - it made all the difference.
