Hey, this has been resolved and the app is now free on the basic plan. Please try it again. Seems a little unfair to get a one star review.

Not even a 1-star. I've had the most frustrating experience with this app recently. Communication with customer service is painfully slow, taking days to get a response. Despite reporting an issue three weeks ago, it's still not fixed, and I'm left with no solution in sight. I moved onto another app which is cheaper and much easier to use. There are much cheaper and more efficient apps out there that offer far better service and functionality. Save your time and money and look elsewhere! I am waiting for the refund.

Our APP has encountered an issue. The link https://apps.aperitive.io/brand-app/shop/6587/brands isn't working, resulting in our brand page being invalid. Your technical personnel suggested we reinstall the app, but after I deleted it, I found that I couldn't reinstall the APP at all!
Hi Petso, sorry to hear about the reinstall issue. That was related to a system update that briefly impacted reauthentication. It’s now been addressed. If you're still unable to reinstall, please reach out directly and we’ll guide you through the process step by step.

Just wasted my time Although the website has not been launched yet and I did not use it much But half the time I opened the app I got an error In the end, I deleted it because it really had nothing to offer

The app doesn't work, It takes the money but it doesn't do what it's supposed to do and there is no way to contact the assistance.

Terrible communication! App could not load, so we tried support but untill this day we didn't receive any information or help.

Unsupported App - Developer will not respond to questions regarding when and if they will be upgrading.

Up until recently this app has been great. The past few weeks it's constantly going down. Not only does the app not display apps on our site but even trying to open the app it won't even launch. Reached out to the company and got no response. Very disappointing for this to happen on Black Friday week. I would recommend NOT USING THIS APP!

I installed the app for a trial and deactivated shortly after (an hour or so). They claim to have 3 days trial but they charged me. I contacted them about it but they only replied "we can't refund". Pretty terrible way to run a business. Not recommended.

We’re reviewing our communication around billing to make it clearer and more flexible for users trialling the app. Let me know if you'd like to also respond privately to any of these users or submit escalations through the app store if needed.

Up until recently, this app was wonderful but the last couple of months, it hasn't worked properly and no decent correspondence from anyone (not even getting a reply and have tried one last time). Won't refresh brands, very slow to load and poor communication.
