Hello - we're sorry that the integration between Shopify and Brandboom didn't operate as you had hoped. Regarding the separate billing issue, simply uninstalling the Brandboom App would've triggered a pro-rata refund. We didn't see any of this activity logged on your Shopify account for some reason. Nevertheless, we've actioned a refund.
