As someone new to starting a business, I did a lot of research before choosing BrandsGateway. Based on Google reviews, everything looked very positive and promising. However, my experience after signing up has been very different and quite disappointing. Despite paying for the luxury plan, the support is extremely limited. There is no phone support, and every time I scheduled a meeting, it was canceled. This made it very difficult to get guidance, especially as a beginner who needed more hands-on help. Another major issue is pricing. The product costs are too high to compete effectively in the market, leaving very little room for profit compared to other suppliers. Additionally, they do not offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which results in unexpected extra costs. For example, one of my orders included multiple additional fees (disbursement, duty forwarding, tariffs, etc.), increasing the total significantly beyond the initial subtotal. They also do not provide proper support for essential e-commerce tasks such as product mapping, color variants, or meta descriptions. Instead, they promote third-party services like Lemen.dev, which adds even more cost and complexity for new sellers. What’s also frustrating is that the company promotes itself heavily on platforms like YouTube, creating high expectations. But the actual service does not match that level of marketing. Overall, my experience has been unfortunate. Especially for new business owners, this service lacks the support, pricing structure, and transparency needed to succeed. I would not recommend it.
Really happy with BrandsGateway so far. The integration with Shopify is smooth and saves a lot of time, especially with product uploads and inventory updates. The product range feels premium and fits perfectly with a luxury fashion store. Also, their support team has been quick and helpful whenever I had questions. Overall, a solid app if you’re serious about building a high-end dropshipping store.

I am tired of the problems with this application. I am supposed to pay one thousand nine hundred dollars for professionals, not to lose my nerves. I have been exhausted unnaturally. I did everything I could and followed all the instructions, yet the technical problems have not ended since January 21, and I am still stuck with them. I paid professionals to have peace of mind, but unfortunately, I found otherwise. If the problem is not solved, the loss is enough for me. Please refund my money and cancel my subscription. Thank you for this bad experience.
