I am tired of the problems with this application. I am supposed to pay one thousand nine hundred dollars for professionals, not to lose my nerves. I have been exhausted unnaturally. I did everything I could and followed all the instructions, yet the technical problems have not ended since January 21, and I am still stuck with them. I paid professionals to have peace of mind, but unfortunately, I found otherwise. If the problem is not solved, the loss is enough for me. Please refund my money and cancel my subscription. Thank you for this bad experience.

Based on our few hours of testing, we cannot recommend this app. Our experience suggests the developer is money motivated, more focused on collecting subscriptions than caring for client needs. This is evident from the app's critical shortcomings and the developer's refusal to issue a refund. The app lacks essential features, failing to handle product variants correctly (causing duplicate listings) and missing necessary fields for proper descriptions. In its current state, it is not a viable solution for a serious business. Furthermore, support becomes unacceptably slow once they have your payment. Seek out a reputable developer who offers a trial period and has a fair refund policy—they understand you can't evaluate an app without testing it.

Your initial communication came from one email, while the subscription had actually been purchased under a completely different email address. Because the email you contacted us with did not show any active subscription in our system, it understandably led to confusion. This was further delayed as the subscription email was not specified during the initial communication. However, once we identified the correct account associated with your subscription, the refund was issued without delay. Regarding the app evaluation, we fully respect your perspective. However, some features need a little more time to explore, so a very short testing period might not always show the app’s full capabilities - especially since many long-term users work with it successfully every day. Terrible experience. The app doesn’t work properly on Shopify — you can’t even click on products to see their descriptions before importing. The interface is confusing; instead of selecting what you want to import, you have to remove what you don’t want, which is very inconvenient. Worse, there’s a serious glitch: you can’t import more than 24 products. When you try to add more, the ones you already imported disappear from your shop. I contacted support, but the customer service was unhelpful and still insisted on charging the subscription fee even though the app doesn’t function properly. There are plenty of better, more reliable suppliers out there. I don’t recommend this app at all.

I am keep opening the ticket that even though, I am using right margins and recommended by Brands Gateway then still Products are listing on very lower prices. I keep opening ticket but, they are keep closing the ticket and showing the calculations etc. Beware of App. You keep loosing money here because their suggested process are not one goes on your website unless you go and manually change of all 33,000 products.

I would not recommend! Their app never properly worked. 1. The image synchronization never worked properly. I had to go through my shop every day and look for images not in sync. Talking to their support every day to fix images. In other cases, partial images were in sync. 2. Extremely bad data quality. Extremely bad. They do not have a standardised way to provide product description. I had to write my own NLP to standardise the descriptions. In many situations they were not providing a descrption. 3. A derivative problem to (2). Due to the extremely bad quality of their data you may get blocked from Meta and Google. Investing significant amount of time in fixing them, otherwise you will end up blocked or their algorithms won't work properly. 4. They add thousands of products one day and after a week they disappear. Either they sold them in bulk or have no clue what they are doing. You end up investing time and money in Marketing for some NEW products and then they disappear. 5. Non competitive pricing. Their pricing is not competitive at all. Do you own competitive analysis before purchasing any subscription. 6. No transparent shipping fee. 7. No transparent operating model. They are more like dropshipping aggregator rather than a dropshipping service. 8. All of their products are listed on ebay on extremely low price. If you put together all the fees you cannot compete with the prices on ebay unless you start selling on loss. Which is not an option. I could keep on writing, but I believe I cover the most important points. Do your own due diligence before purchasing a subscription.

That said, we also offer the possibility to our dropshippers to edit and improve this information by themselves. Sometimes sellers run into issues with Meta or Google, but in the majority of cases, it’s not because of the product data but because of a missing store info like contact details, VAT, or policy pages. To help with this, we’ve created a step-by-step guide (free for all subscribers) that’s extremely helpful to get your store ready for advertising without being blocked. We add over 700 new items to our catalog every week. If the products seem to be disappearing fast, it's because they sell out quickly, especially the trending pieces. The pricing can vary depending on the market that you sell on. Some brands might be more competitive in certain markets than others, so we always suggest doing a bit of research to see what works best for your store. Our shipping costs are explicitly listed on our Shipping & Returns page and on our Helpdesk. We aim to be as transparent as possible, so we always recommend checking our Helpdesk, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy policy before subscribing. Some of our wholesale clients, including eBay sellers, buy in bulk and get extra discounts. This is part of our business model, and we openly share this on our website since we support both dropshipping and wholesale customers. BrandsGateway lured me in with promises of high profits but hid their exorbitant shipping costs. I invested my money only to find their certificates useless on trusted marketplaces, and my profit margins never exceeded 10$-15$. One order took 25 days to arrive, leading to a return. When I decided to unsubscribe, they misled me about subscription terms, saying it ended on the 22nd, yet they deducted payment early on the 8th. I’ve made multiple refund requests, but they’ve refused every single time, blaming me for uninstalling late. I have proofs to show how they misled me with wrong dates specially deducting money even I already informed in advance. Avoid BrandsGateway—they’re misleading, overpriced, and refuse to refund.

That said, their requirements can differ depending on your location or the platform, so we always suggest double-checking what’s needed before listing. Profit margins can vary depending on your pricing and the products you choose to sell. In your dashboard, you can find onboarding video tutorials to help you understand how profit margins work and tips on how to set them up so that you maximize your profits. However, at the end of the day, every dropshipper has their own strategy, and the final pricing that you set it’s entirely up to you. We had a disappointing experience with BrandsGateway's dropshipping service and are compelled to share concerns: -Brand Authorization: We received communication from a legal team representing a major brand questioning the inclusion of their products that we listed from BrandsGateway. This raises serious questions about the legitimacy of their operation. -Return Costs: We discovered discrepancies in the charges for returned items. The sum total was calculated to be thousands of dollars of overcharging. When we presented evidence of overcharging across multiple returns, the company's response was unsatisfactory. -Inventory Issues: The available inventory often lacked popular sizes and seemed to consist mainly of less desirable items. With many sellers offering the same products, achieving profitability is extremely challenging. -Marketing Practices: A BrandsGateway representative informed us that a large majority (90%) of their dropshippers are not successful. This information contrasts sharply with their marketing materials.  Based on our experience, we have concerns about the accuracy of the success stories promoted by the company. There are already a lot of embellished and exaggerated marketing practices in the dropshipping industry, and we believe BrandsGateway is no exception. We strongly advise potential users to thoroughly research and consider alternative suppliers before engaging with this service. Additionally, I recommend verifying the legality of selling specific brands through any dropshipping service to avoid potential legal issues. Our experience with BrandsGateway and its management was deeply unsatisfactory, and we cannot recommend their services based on our interactions and the issues we encountered.

Extreamly OVERPRICED FEES AND ITEMS. Just do a simple google search of any product title they have, you will find many retail websites selling the same products for lower or equal to the the price they give it to you to resale. And you don't even have to pay any expensive monthly fees they charge. How can we possible compete with all those retail website and make money? This company is a sham. Very disappointed. The worse waste of money I ever made. Never again, lesson learned.

I do not recommend it. Of the 18,000+ products, many are outdated or 1 variant, which means they have 1 size (and I am not referring to handbags and accessories). This means countless hours trying to customize your store. Of the items that you choose to display, the Titles and descriptions are bad, which means manually updating. It will take months if not at least 1 year to customize or will require additional costs and resources. They also duplicate inventory under bad Titles. The Lemon.Dev template was a dinosaur. No Search and Discovery functionality and little to no support. Zero professionalism when trying to address these issues. You're better off installing a FREE THEME, where you'll at least get Shopify support. They don't support zip file theme installations. DO NOT spend $2k on web development! And spend the $2k subscription fee to grow your business at your own risk. It will require infinite time, whereas other drop shippers already have this process down. And I've scheduled Google Meet calls to address concerns where they won't even show up to the call. Meanwhile, we're talking about 6am EST - only for them to not show up to calls. SMH. I'm very suspect of the positive reviews and would do some deep research.

It was not what I expected. You cannot choose individual products to load. You have to import an entire category to then realize that the products may not be what you want, or there is not enough of the items. Then to top it off the cost of the product plus shipping charges may be a bit too much compared to other retailers in your area. Really review the page and DONT sign up for a yearly subscription unless you are absolutely sure because they will NOT refund the money on subscriptions. Make sure it is what you want and need.
