I haven’t used the app extensively yet, but I’ve had the pleasure of working with Anastasija, a wonderful representative at BRANDS GATEWAY. She went above and beyond to ensure we received proper documentation confirming our validity, authenticity, and access to genuine offerings. Too often, companies fall short of showing courtesy and humanity in their dealings with resellers. Anastasija, however, exemplified true professionalism and care, and I cannot commend her enough. If BRANDS GATEWAY continues to employ staff of this caliber, I have no doubt the company will go very far. It’s genuinely appreciated and admired—I don’t want to overstate it, but credit is due where it’s deserved.
