Honestly a great app 5/5. It replaced my overpriced Gorgias email, and even could and can replace your VAs. The most powerful and greatest feature is the email automation. I was tired of responding to so many negative and spammy SEO marketers. Brandwise solved that for me. Pros - Price-friendly - Powerful AI automation. Brandwise > Gorgias - Fights against trolls on posts and scammers/spammers Cons - Was some minor email duplication around June 6, 2025 glitches, but they seem to have been fixed as of writing this review

We’ve been using Brandwise for nearly a year to monitor comments, and it’s been a game-changer. It’s saved us countless hours. The customer service features are excellent, and it’s refreshing to finally see an AI-powered CS platform that actually delivers. Excited to see how it continues to evolve!
