TERRIBLE APP !!! Whats a uselss app, app failed to hide negative comments. and kept saying u have permissions issues on the page. Wasted weeks with their usless horrible customer support, that doesnt help at all. Switched to Smartreply.ai , we hoped on a call and solved the problem in couple of minutes. Disgrace and waste if time.
Honestly a great app 5/5. It replaced my overpriced Gorgias email, and even could and can replace your VAs. The most powerful and greatest feature is the email automation. I was tired of responding to so many negative and spammy SEO marketers. Brandwise solved that for me. Pros - Price-friendly - Powerful AI automation. Brandwise > Gorgias - Fights against trolls on posts and scammers/spammers Cons - Was some minor email duplication around June 6, 2025 glitches, but they seem to have been fixed as of writing this review
