When it works it works. When it doesn't, there's no support. Had to delete it because they weren't able to give hands on support - I only received links to their product landing page and was asked to read up on their app. A real let down.

I'd been struggling with navigation on my store for months — customers were bouncing off product pages without exploring further. After installing Breadcrumbs by Byte, setup took literally under 5 minutes.
