When it works it works. When it doesn't, there's no support. Had to delete it because they weren't able to give hands on support - I only received links to their product landing page and was asked to read up on their app. A real let down. Note: Thanks for your reply on my review. I understood what your support team explained and appreciate it may not be a bug - the fact remained that the breadcrumb did not display the menu logic, which is correctly set up. There was nowhere for me to modify this in your app nor did you support in trying to resolve this problem. For a paid app this is disappointing.

I'd been struggling with navigation on my store for months — customers were bouncing off product pages without exploring further. After installing Breadcrumbs by Byte, setup took literally under 5 minutes. The JSON-LD schema implementation is clean, the breadcrumbs look sharp on both desktop and mobile, and I've already noticed a positive shift in how Google is crawling my category structure. Exactly what a lean, well-built app should be.

One would think that the developers of my expensive new premium theme would throw in some breadcrumbs to help my customers better navigate around my store. So glad to have found your app! It was very easy and quick to set up, looks great on every page, and is functioning very well. I highly recommend this app. Thank you!
