Theft- they will steal your money. do not sign up for the free trail because they will still charge you and not give you your money back even when you canceled the trail before it was over. scam scam scam
We would like to clarify that this review does not accurately reflect the situation. The customer has been using our app for more than 2 years and has repeatedly requested free trials during this period. Free trial only allocated once On February 19, 2026, the customer upgraded to the Pro Yearly Plan and used the available credits. Within a few hours on the same day, they upgraded again to the Ultimate Yearly Plan. Please note that both upgrades were made directly by the customer from their own Shopify admin, with full approval from their side. After utilizing the credits and services, the customer is now requesting cancellation of both plans along with a refund. As per our policy, this is not a valid request, since the services and credits have already been consumed. The features provided by our app rely on advanced AI processing, which involves significant backend costs. All relevant information regarding billing, usage, and refund policy has already been shared with the customer via email by our support team.

After several emails asking for a clean up script I have been blocked by Webrex. In the meantime, 10 left over pieces of script. A non-discussion response “there app is the best’. No follow up, no clean script. This is certainly not recommendable. Installed a different app, clearly updating and showing what it actually does, and support is really available, not just for selling extra features. Advice: do not touch the app, it is only interested in upselling, once done they leave you hanging. Upgraded to Elite in the first week, standard schemes worked for some not for other products. As with many other products from the ‘build for shopify’, Shopify support is referring back to the supplier of the app. Resulting in another downgrade of the review.
A completely false review. Your store is very new, and it has only been a few weeks since it went live. In SEO and structured data implementation, results do not stabilize within the first few weeks. Google needs time to crawl, process, and understand the structured data (schema) before showing consistent results in search. The standard schemas in our app work automatically based on the product data available in your Shopify store. If some products show results and others do not yet, this usually means Google has not crawled or processed those pages yet, which is completely normal for a new website. Also, upgrading to the Elite plan does not instantly change Google search behavior. Our app correctly implements the schema according to Google’s structured data guidelines, but when and where Google displays those results is entirely controlled by Google, not by any app. Because your store is still in its early stage, it is technically incorrect to evaluate SEO performance within just a few weeks. SEO and rich results require time, indexing, and domain trust before they appear consistently.

Very rude and arogant customer service. Offers a free SEO service but did nothing and keep pushing customer to arrange meetings. Request a personal phone number. Not helpfull app or customer service.

I really wanted to love this application but unfortunately every change I made had a negative impact on my semrush site audit. I appreciate they have their own measures of success but I still trust semrush other their own indicators. I paid extra to have all my SEO technical issues addressed and they proudly said they had increased it from 60% to 98% but Semrush reported no impact. I enabled all their schema markups for product and merchants but after doing that semrush reported 63 new schema errors. Disabling it within the app resolved it. So after all that I just can't trust what the application is doing in the background

Ripoff alert!...I enrolled in their "Premium" plan but is useless, every feature I want to use push me to another plan and asks for more money. All an expensive bait and switch trap.

nothing is clear at all, offers to make an appointment, and does not offer before at least familiarize yourself with the functionality of the application.
Please ignore as this is a spam review as merchant given the review after2 hours before completing the onboarding

Webrex: AI SEO Optimizer is the worst Google Schema app I have ever used. Rakesh and dev team are the worst customer service. They constantly have some errors in the application that affect the site's ranking in Google. I do not recommend this company to anyone!!!

TOTAL DISASTER. Waisted money. Installed app and same day 1/2 of my pages did not get indexed. Asked them to fix it, but said needed to update to PRO...paid another $150...they said that they made some adjustments...but no changes. Complained...they said it would take Google some weeks to reflect the changes ... 6 weeks after still no improvement. Total scam. $200 down the drain.

APP does not work. we had upgraded to the higher version & found some issues, we asked for refund, Refund does not happen, we had requested for a refund, no revert from the team,

Since we had a conversation before the refund process was delay as there was an issue from shopify only there tech team was in our contact to get the issue fixed.
