We have been using Brightpearl for 4-5 years now and have been very pleased with the platform overall. As a growing company with multiple warehouse locations and Shopify storefronts, the ability to configure automation rules in a way that supports and optimizes our sales workflows has been especially valuable. Brightpearl Support is consistently responsive and helpful, and our account managers, Bailey and Alex, are always prompt and great to work with.
