First of all, we would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern this situation has caused. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We would also like to clarify that our team reached out to you multiple times via email when the issue occurred, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response at that time. After conducting a thorough investigation, we’d like to explain what happened in detail: During the free trial, the Overcharge Protection toggle was disabled, which resulted in over 50,000 existing 404 links being unlocked in the app. Please note that each unlocked 404 link consumes one usage credit, regardless of whether you manually intended to set redirects for all of them. When a target URL is entered, the corresponding 404 link is redirected and the related usage credit is deducted. This is why the usage fees were generated, even though you only planned to set around 60 redirects. That said, we fully understand how confusing and frustrating this experience must have been, and we sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations. Your feedback is very important to us, and we are continuously improving both our product design and in-app guidance to help prevent similar situations in the future.
