Don't use it. It's a terrible and harmful plugin. It leaves hundreds of links to your website called xxxxxxxxxxx in the name of redirects and tracking. Don't install it. It's terrible. Then it demands a fee for additional redirects. How does Shopify allow such malicious and harmful programs? It creates links in the name of xxxxxxxxxx and causes 404 page errors. It tries to create hundreds of 404 page not found errors and redirects, just to get you started. It's free. Be very careful with this app. We were charged a considerable fee during the free trial period. We only needed to set 60 redirects but were billed for 50,000+ links. Some serious issues going on with this app...

First of all, we would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern this situation has caused. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We would also like to clarify that our team reached out to you multiple times via email when the issue occurred, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response at that time. After conducting a thorough investigation, we’d like to explain what happened in detail: During the free trial, the Overcharge Protection toggle was disabled, which resulted in over 50,000 existing 404 links being unlocked in the app. Please note that each unlocked 404 link consumes one usage credit, regardless of whether you manually intended to set redirects for all of them. When a target URL is entered, the corresponding 404 link is redirected and the related usage credit is deducted. This is why the usage fees were generated, even though you only planned to set around 60 redirects. That said, we fully understand how confusing and frustrating this experience must have been, and we sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations. Your feedback is very important to us, and we are continuously improving both our product design and in-app guidance to help prevent similar situations in the future. Horrible help. If an item is active and you make it inactive and you have automatic forwarding you cannot go back unless one by one to fix issue. No one can give me a solution and costumer service does not care if I delete the app. Also if I delete the app they cannot tell me how long it would take to get my redirects canceled.

We understand your situation clearly, and we’d like to clarify the behavior and available solution in a more straightforward way: If a product/page was active, then set to inactive while automatic redirects were enabled, the app may automatically create redirects for the affected URLs. If you would like those URLs to return to their original state (no redirect), you can go to the app and batch-select those URLs and mark them as “Ignore.” Once ignored, these URLs will remain as their original addresses and will no longer be redirected. If you want to cancel redirects that have already been created, please: Turn off the Automatic Redirect toggle in the app Remove or cancel the existing redirects These changes take effect immediately. We are very sorry if this was not clearly explained earlier and if this caused confusion or extra work on your side. Your feedback is extremely important to us, and we take responsibility for improving both our product guidance and support communication. The app is a 301 FAKE, the redirect patterns are not 301 redirects, but client-side Javascript redirects. Why are you writing 301 in the APP? Die App ist ein 301 FAKE, die Redirect Patterns sind keine 301 Redirects, sondern Clienetseitige Javascript redirect. Warum schreiben Sie in der APP 301 ?

The unuseful app and have a lot of bugs. When you try to redirect any page, it's showing this message always.    (Edit failed. Please try again later. (Might target is too long, over 255 characters)) And when I asked them to refund my subscription for one year, they kept me on cycle without any action

Installed to monitor traffic and test the app. It has no real useful application on the free setting and the annoying way it tricks you into upselling is offputting. Try another app and save your time

This app is confusing to use and the support chat box vanishes while you are having conversation and it's nearly impossible to get it to show up again. According to google search console, I have a lot more 404 errors than what this app is catching. *new edit... The app is messing up my redirects and trying to revert them only causes more problems. I am getting an error message when I try to update redirects. Support just vanished again....

Please know that after you installed our app, it will detect all the 404 errors from your website, but for those we didn't detect, we will detect them after your customer access. And also for those 404 errors we didn't detect in GSG, it's because they are not 404 errors anymore, so we wouldn't detect them, hope I made this clear. Best, Gireffly team

The app only allows 10 of the 404 errors tracking. It doesn't mention this anywhere in the pricing - and now it wants me to upgrade. Waste of installation and added code in my theme for nothing. You really need to mention it in the pricing details.

worthless unless you pay. there are much better apps that do much more for less $. They say that you can manually fix broken links but that's not true because when you go to the app, they hide the link and only show it if you upgrade.

Hi there, Thanks for your feedback. Sorry for the inconvenience the app caused you. The first time you install the app, the app will detect the broken link in your store. And you could redirect them. Then the app will monitor the site and detect the new broken link in real-time. And you might need to upgrade so you could see them. It's premium. But you could still get these 404 links by daily email report. And you could manually redirect by Create a Redirect, no limit. We might not clearly ourselves, sorry about that.
