BSDropshipping delivers on what matters. Fast communication, fair product pricing, smooth order management, and shipping that actually shows up on time. Pretty much everything you want from a dropshipping supplier.

The product is clearly listed as in stock on the website, but it's always out of stock, and the shipping time is too long, averaging 35 days. Customer service is equally terrible; there's always a queue of responses, and even when they do reply, it's vague and offers no real solutions to my problem.

i really love this app. when i ask quotation they replied so fast than any other supplier and their price is more reasonable and they dont rest even at cny. so ican scale my business eventhough cny season

A terrible experience. Orders were always in a pending state, logistics information was never updated, and customer service replies were always piling up in the queue.

Customer service is terrible. Despite the label stating ample stock, items are always out of stock after ordering, and shipping times are extremely long, sometimes exceeding 30 days. My customer hasn't received their package and has already requested a refund, but they haven't offered any solution. It's absolutely outrageous!
