Horrible service, especially Sonia. Too many problems and glitches. Order Instructions are not being followed by Sonia and other members. I contacted CEO once regarding all these issues few months ago after that everything was good for few months. I will have to send another complaint e-mail to CEO most likely. These people are either hate their work, or they do not know what they are doing. They respond super late, and most of the orders that should go out in 3-4 days are going out in 10-15 days sometimes which is not acceptable, resulting in bad customer experience and negative feedback, sometimes chargeback from customers. They are not responding to emails and whatsapp messages for hours even though it is within their business hours. The app is glitchy, some orders are not being shipped, sitting at the warehouse for weeks. it's just too many problems. I remember having 6 people in whatsapp group where I left twice because it takes over an hour for one of them to respond to simple questions. it's just bad.
