I’ve had a really positive experience using BuckyDrop. The platform is very easy to use and makes the whole sourcing, ordering, and shipping process straightforward. My shipping agent, Lola, has been especially helpful. Whenever I have a question or run into a problem, she responds quickly and either helps me figure it out or solves it for me almost immediately. Having someone reliable like that makes everything much easier, especially when you’re managing a lot of orders. I’ve had a good experience using BuckyDrop for my Shopify store. The integration makes the dropshipping process much easier, especially when it comes to sourcing products, managing orders, and handling fulfilment in one place. I particularly like being able to connect products to Shopify and process customer orders without having to manually manage every step. It saves a lot of time and makes it easier to manage orders from China for an Australian online store. The support team has also been responsive whenever I’ve had questions. We've been using Buckydrop for a year now. It is one of the best options out there to manage large number of sku, test products and the fact that they check your product and have records of shipping, packing and product inspection makes it a huge plus when dealing with chargebacks and makes it easier so I dont have to hire a team to manage inventory.
