I've been using this service for about eight months, and overall, I have no major complaints. Having a dedicated account manager has been very helpful, and whenever any issues arise, they always respond quickly and efficiently. The explanations are also clear and easy to understand whenever I have questions. Since my business is still relatively small, I usually transfer funds through Wise whenever my balance is running low. Sometimes I forget to do so, so I think it would be more convenient if credit card payments were available. That said, the website is easy to navigate, and the ability to choose different languages makes it very user-friendly.
