Great platform with a solid app and very reliable support. The app is easy to use and offers a lot of useful functions. What stands out most is the service. Seth, my account manager, has been incredibly helpful and always goes above and beyond whenever support is needed. Responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

I’ve had a great experience using Buckydrop so far. The app itself is very user-friendly and makes managing products and orders much easier. What really stands out, though, is the excellent customer support. Having a personal advisor who responds quickly and provides clear, helpful guidance makes a huge difference. Highly recommend this app to anyone looking for reliable support and smooth dropshipping operations!

Amazing service. They're the backbone of my entire business. This service is so good I make business decisions based on their capabilities because I value their service so much. Highly recommended. The account manager Seth has saved me so many times when an issues came up. Even if another service is cheaper. I'm sticking with BuckyDrop.

Honestly, one of the best applications on the market. You get a WhatsApp contact if you have any questions or need help with anything. The Taobao stock sync literally saved my business. I run a large SKU store with a supplier that often goes out of stock, and managing it was a nightmare before using this app. I also think the biggest advantage is the shipping routes. You get some of the cheapest options compared to other sourcing apps, with tax-free worldwide shipping, which is extremely important right now. I would 100% recommend it… but at the same time, I kind of want to gatekeep it lol.

I’ve been using BuckyDrop for well over 2 years across different companies and honestly the experience has been great the whole time. The platform is very reliable, fast, and easy to use. The UI is clean and simple, which makes managing and sourcing orders, and fulfilment really straightforward. One thing I really like is how consistent they are with their processes, everything runs smoothly and efficiently. I’ve had Seth as my manager for the entire time and he’s been amazing. Always replies fast and has a huge amount of knowledge when it comes to sourcing, bulk orders, product defects, and improving overall efficiency. He’s also been really friendly and welcoming from the start which makes working with them even better. Would definitely recommend BuckyDrop to anyone running or scaling an ecommerce business.
