I’m really disappointed with : 1-The long delivery time. 2-They will never reply to you online . 3-No one by the weekend works so if you have any questions you have to wait 2 days

About "long delivery time": Your August order was unpaid, so no delivery process started. We reached out via email/WhatsApp to clarify but didn’t get a reply. For all paid orders, timely delivery is our top priority, and we’re eager to assist if you have any follow-up needs here. 2. Regarding "no online replies": You contacted us at China’s midnight (Canada-China time difference). We replied within 24 hours and offered to set a fixed chat time that works for you—we never want time differences to block your support, but didn’t hear back. We’re still happy to adjust our schedule to your convenience. 3. For "no weekend support": We actually replied to your weekend messages the same day—we make it a rule to avoid letting users wait, and we’ll keep ensuring timely help even on weekends. We’ve tried connecting with you via WhatsApp and email multiple times to work through these points, but haven’t gotten a response—so we’re reaching out here, hoping to keep solving this with you. We noticed you viewed our messages and asked about other processes; your account manager is still on WhatsApp, ready to listen and help whenever you’re open to it.
