Within minutes of installing Buddy AI, our store had an intelligent assistant capable of answering product questions and making recommendations.
Best AI chatbot I've used for my store. My customers can actually have natural voice conversations with the AI, making the shopping experience feel much more personal and engaging. Since installing it, I've noticed an increase in AI visibility, better customer engagement, and more meaningful interactions with shoppers.
Scammer I was contacted by this guy (+92 306 5519468) and was promised $80 for submitting reviews. I completed the reviews exactly as agreed, but after the work was done, the payment was never sent. Messages were ignored and no response was given. If the app owner wants to resolve this issue and clear the pending payment, they can contact me on +92 3020572563. I am willing to update this review...
The support has been outstanding from day one. The co-founder even joined a call with us to discuss customizations and made sure everything was set up exactly the way we needed.
How can I express how happy and satisfied I am with this app? It’s one of the most amazing chat apps... it’s almost perfect. The only thing missing are a few additions, like being connected to Meta or WhatsApp, for example. Other than that, it’s one of the best AI apps that can significantly help businesses. I recommend it to everyone. Don’t hesitate to download it—it’s truly fantastic. Thank you!

The AI feels more like a sales assistant than a chatbot. It's available 24/7 and provides a great customer experience.
One of my favorite things about Buddy is that it doesn't make up answers like other AI apps I've tried. If it can't answer a question it simply creates a support ticket so nothing falls through the cracks.
We're impressed by how naturally the AI recommends products and guides customers through the buying process.
I've tested several AI chat apps, and Buddy AI stands out as the most intuitive by far. It's definitely converting customers at a much higher rate.
