We’ve been really happy with the app so far. It’s been easy to use, helpful for customers and a great addition to our website. The team have also been responsive whenever we’ve needed support or had a question, which makes a big difference. Like any AI tool there are occasionally things that need fine-tuning, but overall we’ve had a very positive experience and are really pleased with how it’s working for our business.

We started using the app around a month ago. I am impressed with the customisation possible on it. There's a section where you can add your own notes when you need the AI assistant to say a specific thing for certain circumstances. We had a bit of an issue because the assistant takes the customer straight to the checkout rather than going through the cart process, which missed a bit of important information for us. The developer has come up with a solution to fix it for us so thanks to David for making it work. It's much less intrusive for me than using the Shopify chat option, which had customers asking me questions in my personal time.

We've noticed shoppers spending more time on our store and finding products much faster. Buddy AI feels like having a salesperson available 24/7. Batu, the co-founder, even joined our onboarding call and patiently helped us make sure everything was set up correctly. Outstanding support and an amazing team!
The voice shopping feature really stands out. Customers can simply ask for products instead of searching through endless menus. Thank you guys!

Best AI chatbot I've used for my store. My customers can actually have natural voice conversations with the AI, making the shopping experience feel much more personal and engaging. Since installing it, I've noticed an increase in AI visibility, better customer engagement, and more meaningful interactions with shoppers.
How can I express how happy and satisfied I am with this app? It’s one of the most amazing chat apps... it’s almost perfect. The only thing missing are a few additions, like being connected to Meta or WhatsApp, for example. Other than that, it’s one of the best AI apps that can significantly help businesses. I recommend it to everyone. Don’t hesitate to download it—it’s truly fantastic. Thank you!
