We started using the app around a month ago. I am impressed with the customisation possible on it. There's a section where you can add your own notes when you need the AI assistant to say a specific thing for certain circumstances. We had a bit of an issue because the assistant takes the customer straight to the checkout rather than going through the cart process, which missed a bit of important information for us. The developer has come up with a solution to fix it for us so thanks to David for making it work. It's much less intrusive for me than using the Shopify chat option, which had customers asking me questions in my personal time.
