Forno vendors US review for Upatra: Bulk Fulfill CSV

Hi Forno vendors US team, I'm sorry — twice over. First that the app stopped working on you without warning, and second that our support never got back to you. Neither is acceptable, and we've restructured how tickets are handled so emails no longer fall through the cracks. Most "suddenly stopped working" reports we've seen recently trace back to a Shopify permissions/scope change or a tracking URL config that needs refreshing — usually a quick fix once we can see the shop.
