無料プランで利用させてもらってますが仕組みが理解できると大変便利に活用できます。 ヤマトの発行済みデータ、問合せデータを加工して、追跡番号付きで一括フルフィルメント・出荷済みメール送信に利用しています。 最近UIも変わり、取込CSVデータのマッピングも可能になりました。 変更により、フルフィルメント処理画面の全体が見えなくなった点が改善してほしいポイントです。 またCSVデータマッピングの内容を記憶する機能もあれば大変助かります。
レビューと貴重なご意見をありがとうございます! ヤマトのデータを活用した一括フルフィルメントや出荷通知メール送信に、アプリがお役に立てているとのこと、大変嬉しく思います。 ご要望いただいたCSVデータマッピングの保存機能については、すでにリリース済みです。次回以降は保存したマッピングを再利用できるようになっていますので、ぜひお試しください。 また、「フルフィルメント処理画面の全体が見えなくなった」という点についてですが、現在のUIではページングとフィルタリングを導入し、結果をより見やすく整理できるようにしています。加えて、ShopifyアプリとしてShopifyのデザインガイドラインに沿ったUIを提供することも重要な方針としております。 今後も使いやすいアプリを目指して改善を続けていきます。引き続きご利用いただけますと幸いです!

Esta app nos ha ayudado mucho a optimizar el proceso de confirmación de pedidos y subida de números de seguimiento. Con una actualización tuvimos un problema ya que nos dejó de leer bien las columnas de los documentos que subiamos, pero enviamos un correo y Steve lo solucionó el mismo día!

We have been using the app for a couple of years already. It's been a game-changer, helping us to send shipping notifications to customers in bulk quickly and easily instead of manually updating them. We recently added the new automation feature, which is even better - no manual intervention at all. If you have a large volume of orders to fulfill, we highly recommend this app. Also, shout-out to Steve, who was very responsive in giving us support and addressing a couple of small issues we had.

Emailed many times about issues with tracking URL. No reply.
Hi Kpop Omo team, Four years as a customer and we left you waiting on email — I'm genuinely sorry. That failure is on us, and we've since rebuilt how support requests are routed so they land directly in front of a person instead of a shared inbox. The tracking URL issue is one we've resolved for several stores this year — most often it's a carrier name that doesn't match Shopify's expected value, or a stale mapping on our side. If you can email me at [email protected] with one affected order number and the carrier you're using, I'll dig in personally and reply the same day. We'd love the chance to make this right.
