That failure is on us, and we've since rebuilt how support requests are routed so they land directly in front of a person instead of a shared inbox. The tracking URL issue is one we've resolved for several stores this year — most often it's a carrier name that doesn't match Shopify's expected value, or a stale mapping on our side.
