Emailed many times about issues with tracking URL. No reply.
Hi Kpop Omo team, Four years as a customer and we left you waiting on email — I'm genuinely sorry. That failure is on us, and we've since rebuilt how support requests are routed so they land directly in front of a person instead of a shared inbox. The tracking URL issue is one we've resolved for several stores this year — most often it's a carrier name that doesn't match Shopify's expected value, or a stale mapping on our side. If you can email me at [email protected] with one affected order number and the carrier you're using, I'll dig in personally and reply the same day. We'd love the chance to make this right.
