DIDION review for Upatra: Bulk Fulfill CSV

We have generally been very satisfied with the Upatra: Bulk Fulfill CSV app and recently upgraded to a paid plan. However, we suddenly became unable to access the app today. When we open the app in our Shopify admin, the following error message appears: bulkfulfill-v3.upatra.com unexpectedly closed the connection. We have already tried refreshing the page, but the issue still persists. I also tried accessing your website, but a message appeared saying that the page does not exist.
